The engine has insufficient power and uneven speed, and the exhaust pipe emits thick black smoke. There are two kinds of phenomena: one is continuous black smoke; the other is intermittent black smoke, and the engine shakes.
The engine is underpowered and continuously emits black smoke. It is because most or all cylinders of the engine supply too much fuel, the fuel-air mixing ratio is out of balance, and there is a severe lack of oxygen during combustion. Exhaust gas is formed together. If the exhaust pipe emits intermittent black smoke and is accompanied by a "burst" sound, it means that the individual cylinders are not completely burned. The reasons are summarized as follows:
① Improper commissioning of the fuel injection pump leads to excessive fuel supply and incomplete combustion.
② The injection quality of most injectors is poor.
③ The fuel supply is not correct.
④ The opening height of the intake valve decreases and the opening time is delayed, resulting in insufficient air intake.
⑤ The air filter element is too dirty or the air filter is installed incorrectly, making the air not smooth.
⑥ Poor fuel quality.
