There are two types of inspection methods for diesel generators with low oil pressure: external appearance inspection and internal inspection.
I. Appearance inspection
1. Observe the oil pressure sensor and oil pressure gauge of the diesel generator set;
Connect the power supply (do not start the diesel generator set at this time), and observe whether the pointer of the oil pressure gauge of the diesel diesel generator set moves and returns to the "0" position accurately. If the pointer of the oil pressure gauge of the diesel generator set does not move or cannot return to "0", the oil pressure gauge is inaccurate, or the oil pressure sensor fails, or the circuit is faulty.
A self-made direct pressure oil pressure gauge (reformed with a pressure gauge of 0.1 to 1.0 MPa) can be connected in series on the main oil channel to start a diesel diesel generator set. If the oil pressure on the direct pressure gauge is normal, the fault is still related to the instrument On the circuit and the circuit, the pressure on the direct pressure gauge is too low, and the diesel generator set has no abnormal noise. You can first debug the oil high pressure valve and the oil pressure regulator on the primary oil filter of the diesel generator set to observe the debugging effect. .
2. Check the quality and quantity of engine oil;
For diesel diesel generators with too low oil pressure, generally check whether the oil quantity meets the requirements. If the amount of oil is too small, the fault is obvious. If the amount of oil meets the requirements or is too much, you should carefully observe whether the oil has diesel and moisture. If diesel oil is mixed with diesel diesel generator oil, the oil will become thinner and the viscosity will decrease, resulting in too low oil pressure.
1. Inspection of pressure and leakage;
After the above observations and inspections are considered to meet the requirements, the fault that caused the low oil pressure of the diesel generator set has not yet been found. Generally, do not rush to disassemble or replace the relevant parts. According to experience, compressed air can be connected to the main oil passage (a joint corresponding to the thread size of the main oil passage and a high-pressure hose is connected to the air source), and the air pressure is preferably 0.4 ~ 0.5Mpa.
2. Inspection of the unloading pan;
When the above-mentioned appearance inspection and debugging are invalid, drain the diesel generator oil, remove the oil pan, and check whether there are any Babbitt alloy sheddings in the oil pan, especially massive sheddings and other abnormal conditions; Whether the filter of the diesel generator oil filter is blocked; whether the oil suction pipe welding parts and the oil outlet pipe are blocked; whether the end seals are solid and effective; whether the solid seal of the oil pump cover is effective; the oil pump drive gear and oil pump Whether the bushing is abnormally worn.
Of course, in order to know the oil pressure of the unit in the most timely manner, it is best to operate and track the changes in the data such as air pressure and oil pressure in the controller of the diesel diesel generator set.
